THE CMDL SETS IN EVRY-COURCOURONNES

The CMDL moved in September 2023 to Ferme du Bois Briard in Evry-Courcouronnes. The jazz and improvised music school has taken over a location completely renovated by Grand Paris Sud and now welcomes students in exceptional conditions.

UNIQUE CONDITIONS IN FRANCE

This new building offers unique working conditions in France with:

9 large classrooms and workshop rooms,

12 working labs,

1 master-class room with 150 seats,

1 permanent studio,

1 cafeteria.

CULTURAL CENTER OF GRAND PARIS SOUTH

It will be part of a cultural hub bringing together the CMDL, a theater school (EDT91), a plastic arts/visual arts school and a 350-seat auditorium. The Didier Lockwood Music Center will be open 7 days a week with wide opening hours which will allow real freedom of work. It is located 1 km from the University of Evry. ACCORDION METHOD (ONLY FRENCH)

CD with the chromatic accordion of Marc BERTHOUMIEUX is the first method of chromatic accordion with Compact Disc really interactive. For the first time, beginner accordionists are continually assisted throughout their learning with the many tips, tricks and exercises recorded on the Compact Disc. In addition, each piece of application is offered in two versions: a first version intended to memorize the melody while following the score, a second version play-back to train to play rhythm with an orchestra.

LE BAL DES MONDES

SONGBOOK

A book of scores from the album Le Bal des Mondes.

It includes all the tracks of the album with chords and guitar diagrams + a bonus from the album Les Couleurs d'ici and the text of the song with Claude Nougaro

A beautiful book of 48 pages on ivory paper anti-reflective and containing unpublished photos.

I am very proud to present this collection that accompanies the album "Le Bal des Mondes".

This book was made with a lot of passion. Special attention was paid to harmonic notation and guitar chord diagrams built "one by one" with my friend Patrick Moulou. These transcriptions will allow you to get closer to the sound colors of the disc.

As a bonus, you will find unpublished photos and a song that is close to my heart and bears the eponymous title of my first album, "Les Couleurs d'ici", by which a lot of things have started ...
